Prayer Flags are naturally dyed and handmade. Each flag is dyed individually using a variety of natural dyes, including cochineal, avocado stone, onion skin, sage, indigo, logwood, and walnut, and employing a range of tie-dye techniques. Block Stamped with blocks carved and stamped in the studio. This series is called ‘Japanese Characters of Gratitude’. Individual flags have a handwritten English translation below the stamp. All Flags are made individually, so each one is uniquely one of a kind.
Indoor use will preserve color.
